We don't know where to start, except to say that the past 10 days at the MTC in Provo, Utah has been TOTALLY AWESOME!!!! Everyone should have the opportunity to go to the MTC for even a couple of days to feel the overwhelming Spirit that is there. If you wish to feel love, our Heavenly Father's love, it is definitely found there! Our first week was intense, challenging, tiring, exhilerating, fun, exciting, happy and extremely humbling. We began each morning at six a.m. and went non-stop (except to sit down at meals) until 8 p.m. We learned and as we tried to accomplish assignments we didn't know we could do, we felt empowered with the thought - 'we CAN do'.... AND WE DID!! Our friendships with other senior couples, other senior sisters, other young elders and sisters, the training staff, language tutors, MTC staff and everyone we reached out to say "Hi, where are you from? Where are you called to serve?" - enhanced our every moment. Classes helped us to stretch, to learn new things, to try new ways, to enhance and refine old ways, to grow in ways only the Lord could help us do!
