This shows 'old city Khabarovsk' in the foreground and 'newer city Khabarovsk' in the background. Now look at that Trolley-bus on the very bottom of the picture. I believe this picture is NOT NEW at all, and that bus looks in pretty good shape! Some of them are even older looking!
